The WorkOut process is incredibly reliable & flexible. It can be run as a large scale event, over 3 days to address organisational goals or targets (It’s what your organisations ‘Green Goals’ have been waiting for!) or used for half a day within a team or department to address their immediate ‘Burning Platform’.
